SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering companies for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it's alarmed regarding the high amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office dedicated to service the area on a daily basis. The company place developed for intervention experiences a superior inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it complicated to the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to permit the servicing of all buyers and increase usage of Social Assistance companies,” sassa the agency said.
